Shipping & Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds, accept cancellations, or allow exchanges to be made.
We accept exchange for items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the item at email@example.com to alert us of the damage (with images and descriptions), then return the damaged item to us.

Import Duties and Taxes
There are no Japanese taxes, however, you will be responsible for any additional customs handling fees, duties and / or taxes. Because each country is different, these fees change often, we do not know these fees. Please contact your local customs / postal / or DHL location for an estimate of these charges.
If any international order is refused upon delivery for any reason, all customs & duty charges will be billed to you by Naoto Hattori Online Store. Once a package enters your country these charges are not reversible whether the package is delivered to you or not. Orders may be returned after receipt if there are any problems. Shipping will not be refunded for refused packages. Please be aware of all related charges when ordering.
