Shipping & Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not issue refunds, accept cancellations, or allow exchanges to be made.

We accept exchange for items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the item at info@naotohattori.com to alert us of the damage (with images and descriptions), then return the damaged item to us.

Import Duties and Taxes

All items are shipped from Japan. There are no Japanese taxes, but any additional customs handling fees, duties, and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These fees vary by country and are subject to frequent changes, so we do not know these fees. For estimates of these fees, please contact your nearest customs office, DHL, or postal service.
Once customs duties and clearance fees are incurred in your country, they will be charged regardless of whether the delivery is accepted. If delivery is refused, shipping costs for both outbound and return shipments will be borne by the customer and will not be refunded. Please ensure you review all related fees when placing your order.

Please note that your total is being reflected in US currency and does not include any duties and tax fees that may be incurred when importing goods into your country.
