Shipping & Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not issue refunds, accept cancellations, or allow exchanges to be made.

We accept exchanges for items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for an exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the item at
info@naotohattori.com to notify us of the damage (with images and descriptions), then return the damaged item to us.

Please note that if delivery is refused, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs for both outbound and return shipments.

For clarity, please note the following items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

Import Duties and Taxes

All items are shipped from Japan. There are no Japanese taxes. To ensure smooth customs clearance and delivery, we will cover all customs handling fees, duties, and taxes. This means that the price you see at checkout is the final amount you will pay, with no additional charges upon delivery.

Please note, however, that depending on the destination country and local regulations, there may be exceptional cases where the shipping carrier or local customs office requires the buyer to pay additional duties or handling fees directly. In such cases, these charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
